I highly recommend this hotel and especially the welcome a big thank you for Mrs. radhia and Mrs. Ahlem for their professionalism and the warm welcome 🇹🇳👍

Thank you very much for your warm welcome and your excellent service. We had a very pleasant stay in your hotel. Everything was perfect, and we especially appreciated the kindness and attention of your team. We will be back with great pleasure! ❤️

Excellent services and a warm reception with the availability of all tastes of food in the restaurant for all meals. Which makes it one of the best options for accommodation and hospitality.

Advantages: Everything was great. It is a very expensive price for Tunisia, but it is worth the security and benefits it provides. The breakfast was excellent.Only in cleaning girls need more effort and organization...

Advantages: I really appreciated the decoration, the style and the simplicity of this hotel. The whole is harmonious and full of charm. It's really a very beautiful place! Disadvantages: I was very disappointed by the reception at the reservations office located on the right. Before booking on Booking, I went there to find out if it was possible to book directly. The two people present greeted us in a very haughty way, looking us up and down, with the feeling of disturbing them.

If I finally chose this hotel, it is thanks to the receptionist, Ahlem Zhir, She was able to reassure us and assured us that she would do everything to make our stay pleasant. Without his attentive welcome, I sincerely would not have booked.

It would be desirable that the people in the reservations office review their way of welcoming customers.

Excellent service from Chaima, who takes care of room 1010 very well. The room is always spotless, clean and perfectly prepared. Thank you very much for your professionalism and kindness!

Perfect hotel, very clean. Very helpful staff, responsive. And the super top... the buffet! A few extra pounds when I get back!!. A little far from the city center (20 minutes) but there are also taxis available, and not expensive at all. In addition, the hotel's security manager negotiates the price of the race himself. No scam!. To stay +++
